Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. We are looking forward to seeing the final result ??????????

I can throughly recommend Matt Johnson; he is a first rate plumber and heating engineer. Matt has worked for me on a large self build project and has done all of the first fix plumbing and heating including UFH. He is reliable, trustworthy and very neat.

Barney and his team were excellent. Efficient, fast and neat work tiling and fitting new shower enclosure and tray. Came across problems with the plumbing and level and they were brilliant to make the job complete and nice guys and very neat and left us very happy and fully recommend and look forward to using Barney as team in future for sure! Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Victor and Jason laid 44m2 of travertine in our kitchen and we are blown away by the incredible standard of work. The surface of the floor after we removed the old tiles was horrendous but they took it all in their stride and we now have a perfectly levelled and tiled floor. The thought they put into the cuts and placing is perfect and it looks amazing. Lovely guys, great communication, we would highly recommend them.

Pat and his colleague were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to fix the issues with the roof of my house. I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and skilled builder. Throughout our project Andy went out of his way to minimise the mess, put up with our kids and accomodate any changes in the work that we threw at him. The finshed work was impeccable, even his plastering was better than most plasterers I've hired in the past. I would not hesitate in using Andy again for future projects and although I'm tempted to give him one star to make sure he doesn't get too busy, he definitely earned all five.
