Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. Our garage conversion into 2 rooms was completed on time, to an excellent finish and to the exact budget they quoted. Well I don't really know where to start. So will start with saying how perfect my new room is. John of Denston Building services converted my garage to a additional lounge. John cleverly also managed to fit in a downstairs toilet. Within 4 weeks the job was done. John was reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around. His workmanship is outstanding as he took pride in his work. I would highly recommend John & know I made the right choice. John is easy to get on with & has a great sense of humour. Fab

Excellent first class pro, kind, proficient and not ridiculously over priced like past experiences with plumbers, a very competitive rate, he had taken the job despite another plumber turning the job down due to not having the technical expertise, Jag is fine tradesmen and displays profound technical knowledge, levels above the average tradesmen, he is prepared to go that extra mile, this guy is "Top Draw" that's why its 5 stars of excellence from me .

I am very pleased with the work undertaken. I employed G P General Building Works to replace the wood surround of my up & over garage door and rehang it. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The work was also completed quickly and there was no mess left behind. I would recommend and use them again.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

On the front of it the job looked well done I’ve had nothing but problems the tiles are all moving and the planters that have been built are now full of damp and can no longer be saved no damp proofing was put on top Nick has been avoiding me and doesn’t answer my calls PLEASE BE CAREFUL

The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.
