James was fantastic from start to finish! Gave fantastic advice throughout Which saved us money. James went above and beyond to ensure we got a perfect bathroom. Extremely impressed by both the quality and cost of the tiling. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Malc Tellyn for tiling. We may be moving soon and if our new house requires tiling I will certainly be contacting him again if I need any tiling done.

Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

I am very pleased with the work undertaken. I employed G P General Building Works to replace the wood surround of my up & over garage door and rehang it. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The work was also completed quickly and there was no mess left behind. I would recommend and use them again.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
