He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. From posting my request on Rated People on a Sunday, within half an hour the company responded, visited the property later that day and provided a quote. Within 48 hours the job had been completed to a high standard and an additional job on request relating to fixing a toilet. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
