Louis dealt with a major water leak at our rented property, the day after we advertised on RP. To be honest, we’ve had the same issue before and it’s never been properly resolved. Louis diagnosed the issue and rectified the problem by re-doing the pipework and cleaning it all the way through. He is also sorting a stopcock which has seized up. He provided us with videos to show what he had done. Very happy with the work he did and for sorting this issue so quickly.

From posting my request on Rated People on a Sunday, within half an hour the company responded, visited the property later that day and provided a quote. Within 48 hours the job had been completed to a high standard and an additional job on request relating to fixing a toilet. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
