We had a leak coming from the pipework connected to the water tank. James identified the issue by us sending pictures and also by explaining on the phone. He was very communicative and kept us informed as to when he could do the repair. He and his colleague were really professional and knowledgeable. Both of them were very nice, but we went with Comforooms, I would definitely consider Shef for future jobs too. Job done well, involved two visits. Only issue with Service team was that they don't give a timed appointment so it may be necessary to plan to be at home for a whole day in readiness for a job that only takes half an hour.
