Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. I am so pleased with Michael and Jay. They installed 2 radiators and a towel rail in my loft bathroom. They also connected the toilet waste and water. It was probably a little tricky as I had been let down by my builder and so they had to complete the second fix of someone else’s work. They arrived early and did not leave until they were confident everything worked as it should. All done in one day. They are lovely polite and friendly guys. I would hire them again. Their costs were very competitive.
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
