He responded quite quickly saying he could do it by the end of the week. I said I would call him to confirm the time the next day which I did and left a message. Also messaged him again on here and no response. Very unprofessional and poor response. On the phone, seemed knowledgeable and we're very helpful with arranging a time to come that suited me. Only gripe is that they said it would likely take 2 hours, but were done after 30 mins saying the job was easier than expected. Still charged me the full amount though.

Communication to book was quick, upon booking in the date a time it went backwards. On the day of the installation I had to call up as they didn’t arrive, was advised he would be there between 12 & 2pm but didn’t so ring again to be told he would be there for 5pm. Just before 5pm they advised he wouldn’t be coming and rebooked for the following week and therefore not done for Christmas, basically a full day wasted. On the next date he turned up to say he couldn’t do it due to no correct tools.
