This company was highly responsive to my request; an emergency situation that had left a vulnerable elderly mum without water or heating. From posting my request on Rated People on a Sunday, within half an hour the company responded, visited the property later that day and provided a quote. Within 48 hours the job had been completed to a high standard and an additional job on request relating to fixing a toilet. This company started off all ok. When their expert evaluated the leak from my boiler he said that my pump needed replacing costing a total of £685. However since they thought they had fixed my water leak I found that I still had a leak. I spoke to them a few times and they have chosen to ignore me.
