I also got this gentleman to quote for fitting a radiator as well as plumbing in the loo, again his quote was very competitive. This tradesman is polite, trustworthy and reliable. He turns up when he says he will and gets the job done in the time he states it will take in his quote. S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.
