They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.

Responded promptly to add, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Asked all the right questions to understand the job required and very happy with work completed. Job was amended where required and pricing was reasonable and within budget. Job was delayed by 1 day due to unforeseen circumstances however communication was maintained throughout, otherwise 5 star. Would recommend and will happily use again in future. After a sticky issue on a previous came out and sorted the radiators for free. Can’t say better than came out and the the rectification work so gave to give 5 stars. Did the job on time and even fixed a towel rail he didn’t fit . Thank you

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
