Paid a 10% Deposit for an Extension (MJG wanted 40%) at the beginning of April 21 so MJG could "register our works" and give us a start date which was intimated to be early June. Communication has been "sporadic" at best, with a number of what we can only assume to be excuses, as we cannot communicate with MJG. No start date has been given, no verbal communication with us since the middle of May 21. We have now asked for our "deposit" back and again have heard nothing from MJG - want to give 0 Star.......

Following a full day's work intended to stop rain running through the roof and into the bedroom. and supposedly given a 15-year warranty. the problem was still there. Although Patrick has my money and promised to return to sort this out he never did, his phone now only takes messages, he doesn't respond (same with email) and I can't find his business on Companies House, (so no address available for forwarding a complaint).
This is a family business with 20 of experience in multi trade. There's no job to big no job to small and we treat our cutomers homes like our own. Massive projects taken on and also small.
