Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.

Nice bloke, but after the first day of hanging wallpaper my wife had concerns. The cutting of edges were all over the place. Not a straight edge anywhere. I tried to make excuses for Alan as our walls are not perfect. However, on the 2nd day to do a small feature wall, I have to say that even I am really disappointed. Again, no straight cuts and also gaps in the joins. I honestly wish I had taken the time to do it myself.

I've been installing all kinds of floor coverings for 15 years. I can install : All carpets, gripper and underlay. Vinyl. Domestic and commercial. Latexing and floor leveling Lvt, karndean and amtico. I go the extra miles for my customers. I always hoover all new carpets and clear all rubbish. I do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy.
Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!
