Superb work from Jamie and his team for a number of different jobs on my 350 year old cottage, including replacing a lintel, damp repairs and prevention, render repairs, roof repairs and lead work etc. He has been incredibly helpful and efficient in completing the works and has dealt with unforeseen problems brilliantly. I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Great job, thank you Dave!
