Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. Tim was great. Came at short notice. Everything installed well and pointed out a vent had been left open causing the smell of standing water. Tim cut out the drawer to fit around the qettle unit and pipework. Very clean and very helpful. I'll happily use him again. Thumbs up.
