P & L have just completed today(9/10/24) our bathroom makeover & we are absolutely delighted with the work done. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Arrived quickly and got to work straight away on the job. There were two issue (not heating radiator, leak). Fixed the leak quickly with very little disruption. Although was told the radiator heating was fixed it is not. To be fair I did only hire to fix the leaking pipe so am happy with the work carried out.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I was contacted by a couple of tradesman about the job I posted, one was Hass from Comforooms and one was Shef. Both of them were very nice, but we went with Comforooms, I would definitely consider Shef for future jobs too. Hass was very professional, polite, gave a written quote and reassured us that he would do a really good job, he had completed the task and my mum seems happy with the finishing, he has also guaranteed the work if anything happens again but ensured us that we won’t have future problems.

Nizar provided a quote for thorough work very efficiently. Even though my budget didn’t stretch to cover the quote, Nizar’s professionalism in handling my query was very impressive.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
