We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. So glad I had Ion and builder John work on my project. Quality workmanship, hard working, punctual, thorough, good at implementing designs etc. Went from having a completely empty shell, to a new fully fitted bathroom, (THEN..) kitchen inc/appliances, engineered wood flooring throughout.. in 4 1/2 weeks.. Absolutely everything is spot on, and nothing was missed out. Assured of the thoroughness of work undertaken also, because Ion highlighted/solved a few things I hadn't been aware of as the job went along.
