Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Purely as an observation please note what the job requires prior to quoting as it clearly created some confusion when your team turned up culminating in a price increase ? I appreciated the flexibility of " bank transfer" and the " trust" element. Not transferring within a few hours as I was out, did not constitute that I would forget..

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
