Valleys based property maintenance. Excellent service with clean and tidy ,quick working. All aspects of kitchen fitting, bathroom suites, roof repairs on new roofs, extensions, etc. And most of all my trade has a painting and decorator with wall paper hanging etc .

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

I am a self employed tradesman, with over 18 years experience. I specializes in the wet trade (plastering, all types of rendering, dashing, screed floor and concrete work), I am also experience in wood flooring, tilling, slabbing etc.
Kyle renovated our kitchen ready for us to install kitchen units. He put up a new ceiling and plastered the walls. He laid a new floor and told us that he had levelled it for tiles. Floor has not been levelled properly. There is a raised area in the middle of the floor. We can’t tile without relaying. Kyle damaged our UPVC back door, there’s a hole in it. Ceiling has a gap, I can see through to the joists. Can’t contact Kyle, won’t answer phone or message on here.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Facts are you were asked to leave after taking advice from other tradesman and building control that observed your work in detail, you broke your own building contract, you tried pulling a fast one trying to charge us twice with your supplier for the staircase, which doesn’t meet building regs as the roof is not to drawing - I can go on, but to call yourself a trustworthy builder that for sure is incorrect and the tradespeople who are finishing this job are testament to that.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
