He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. Very good communication gave free quote got the tiles and fitted for me on the roof . Talked to neighbour as he had to set ladder next door garden and fence etc very pleased as long as tiles stay on the roof lol. What i could see i would rate him higher

I always look to repair first before saying new window /door is needed . I can upgrade door locks if same cant be found . I repair leaks on conservatory / door / windows.
