Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.

Piotr came very promptly, looked at the project and advised me how he would proceed. He arrived on time and worked steadily keeping me informed about what he was doing. I’m really pleased with the results. He was polite and thoughtful, tidied and replaced the furniture every night so that life wasn’t too disrupted and made the whole process very easy. Tim and Adam arrived bang on time at 7:30 am. Very friendly and did exactly what we had agreed beforehand. He actually gave me a small reduction on the quoted price as he didn't use all the material he had quoted for. The job took longer than Tim had anticipated (some tricky carpentry required) but they worked on through to complete it in one day, as promised. They also cleared up nicely at the end and took away all the debris. Our summer house should now last another 20 years at least!
