Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00. It was an excellent job, they were professional, efficient and caused minimal disruption to the household, and their quote was cost-effective. We will definitely be offering them further work in future.

Michael is a truly wonderful father and son team, honest, reliable, turned up even in snow day and moved us forward as Thursday was not possible. They came on Wednesday. They did not quote us the moon and earth like other cow boys. They also were kind saw that our sink was virtually on collapse mode and got us a stunning white marble effect work top sink and reps in that look lovely and three base cabinets. They will be doing our bath next and we’re happy to make adjustments for us in price,time exemplary.

Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.

Friendly and professional service. Not having recommendations of tradesmen is hard. 'Rated People' allowed me to find David from DBF Handyman and Building Services. David has been nothing but superb. Friendly and helpful. Taking his time to allow us to explain what we wanted and then for him to explain how he would do it. All the work carried out by him is of the highest standard. I employed this gardener because of earlier reviews. I wanted borders dug ready for planting; old turf removed and new turf laid. All of the work done was extremely poor - especially the turfing. The turf was not done properly - I complained as it was being laid and told that they knew what they were doing. I have had 12 weeks of stress before finally coming to an agreement. My initial review was removed. I hope this one isn't so that other people are warned before employing him to do similar work.
