James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. Cornelius was just great. He came and repaired a leak in our roof on the same day (I think we got lucky because a job had been delayed). So far so good. We managed to also agree on a fair price, so all in all I would use them again.

Sylvester arranged and managed the refitting of my kitchen - plastering, plumbing, cabinets, tiling. Even Replacing joists and floorboards (I had a wood worm problem). We could not be happier with the result and Sylvesters accommodating attitude towards much unexpected/unplanned work all carried out within quoted timeframe. Could not rate him higher! As an electrician he refitted a few of our lights and provided a valid certificate for all work done. Very professional and tidy.

We accepted an estimate to fix our roof for about £2,000 After they started work they said that they had found that the roof was in a far worse condition than they had thought. It ended up costing us £6,000 It was simpler to let them finish and go than to argue or sue them [ Not a nice experience We very very carful of these builders if you employ them .
