First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Initially very responsive and offered to come out for a reasonable callout charge to see if they could fix (and only if they could fix it) but on the day when I asked to delay a little to make sure I was in, they asked to postpone the whole appointment saying they were stuck on another job.. so we re arranged for another day the same week.. and then ghosted me when I asked for clarification of timings on the new day(s)they had suggested we move the appointment to. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.
