Craig explained clearly what the process was to achieve the desired result from start to finish. The majority of the work was done offsite meaning minimal disruption caused. These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.
