Initially very responsive and offered to come out for a reasonable callout charge to see if they could fix (and only if they could fix it) but on the day when I asked to delay a little to make sure I was in, they asked to postpone the whole appointment saying they were stuck on another job.. so we re arranged for another day the same week.. and then ghosted me when I asked for clarification of timings on the new day(s)they had suggested we move the appointment to. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
