Had to ring on a Friday late afternoon, so was not expecting anyone to help, but Ben called by trade center to collect some parts, then came and completed the job very competently, and had to work by torchlight. The work was carried out as agreed to repair the leak on our flat roof. It was a good quote and reasonable cost. Both Jack and Nathan were professional and friendly. A receipt was given. Happy that a new down pipe has been fitted so that the water does not directly drain onto the flat roof which is good. :-) .
