I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Builder from hell, too much problems to list, poor workmanship, walls and tiles not straight, flooring laid incorrectly, water pipes not connected correctly causing leaks, walked out halfway through the job and refused my calls, he left me with expensive remedial work to correct his mistakes.

Lukas did a really fantastic job on my garden which was a complete Jungle.He and his assistant worked very hard and were extremely polite and courteous. Came over for a quote, we agreed a date. I kept in touch asking if we were on track. Did not respond to most of my messages. Didn’t turn up on the agreee date or the revised date which I took days off for from work. Sells you the I’m honest reliable etc and is just a big waste of time. Don’t bother. When I called got a colleague to say he was sick and managing his phone line. People aren’t dumb!
