George was great. Super responsive. Great comms. Moved fast. Was all solutions. Repaired what he could, and more than originally requested. But did not aggressively upsell me. Candidly advised me to replace one sash window (beyond reasonably repair) at the v top of the house while we have the scaffolding up. All round great service. He was very careful in removing the old door and worked through quite in detail to custom make the replacement door to ensure it is done to a very high standard and excellent finish.
