Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. We are looking forward to seeing the final result ??????????

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

Graham from start to finish carries out a very efficient and professional job. Popped out to quote and explain the work that needed to be done and then carried out the work in good time. Worktop was transformed back to new and looks stunning. Graham protected all surfaces throughout to avoid any damage and dust and tidied up perfectly afterwards. A fantastic job. Nice guy too!

Monta did all the work in my kitchen, that is plastering, full electric, plumbing, timber flooring and Ikea kitchen installation. All very well done despite lots of hurdles on the way which were caused by an old, derelict system in the kitchen. If you want someone who is super organised, clean and tidy, punctual and sticking to schedules, then Monta is probably your best choice despite not offering the lowest quote on the market. Communication with the main builder - Michael was exemplary and all was clear.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. James And Kev spent a good amount of time initially looking at the conservatory as it was and thinking about the best way to replace whilst keeping things as dry as possible. Did the actual work in just over a week - very impressive! Good quality job and exactly what we asked for. Gave us advice on future upkeep to keep it dry.
