Luke did a brilliant job laying a small patio He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, reliable and as a bonus, left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards. His quote was competitive, too. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I was very pleased with the service I received, from the first site visit to quote for the work to the job being completed. I was kept informed at every stage of the work and found them easy to talk too. I will be using them again in the New Year for another project. It was good to see quality workmanship is still out there.

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.

Patrick and team we’re absolutely brilliant. The job on my roof was done quickly,efficiently and no mess. They also did my fathers house too. Dad was very anxious about getting his roof done but they were brilliant at putting him to ease,as he saw the work progress and completed on my roof. The patio is good. The only reason why I haven't rated his work higher is because of the mess left behind. I was charged for a skip yet he didn't hire one hence the mess left behind. I found the mess hidden in my garden which was unacceptable. I had to clean the drive because of debris left from his van. Overall, his workmanship is good but work ethics, not so good.

These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

We cannot recommend Jacob Gardens. We were patient when the owner’s personal circumstances meant it took months rather than weeks to complete our landscaping work, leaving us without a properly useable garden for much of the summer. However the final straw was him ghosting us after promising to replace our lawn, which died because he’d left equipment and supplies on it for months. What a disappointment.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Thanks Martin, Barry and I really appreciate the help you've given us these last few days :-)

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Awful, unprofessional and intrusive, didn't turn up when expected, took 2 months to finish job and double charged an extra 40% on top estimates. Just wanted the job finished, definitely not worth the money! Will be placing compliant directly with rated people website.
