What can i say , John is a credit to those tradesmen who offer the customer an excellent service.not only was the job done to a very high standard but when I had a problem on Sunday morning with a piece of work that was not completed by John he promptly arrived on site and sorted the problem.I would highly recommend John for any work, he has high standards of workmanship, is friendly , efficient and really provided me with an excellent service beyond my expectations.Greg

According to these trades people their installation is guaranteed for two years. Since the installation of our decking things have gone wrong and I have tried on several occasions to get them back to put things right. I arranged for a rep that we purchased the composite decking from to come to the house ( he travelled from the north of England ) to explain to them where they had gone wrong. They could not even be bothered to turn up for the appointment. Texts/phone calls just being ignored. Stay clear !!

George and his team did a superb job at our house. His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. He gave us some very fair and informed advice on how to tackle extra problems with our roof. His invoices were very detailed and clear and competitively priced. Fully recommended! The job when finished was fine but I was overcharged by quite a bit and also, it took longer to finish than expected, as they didn't turn up until quite late in the day. They did clear up after the job though.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

A difficult job in a very old building. Plenty of communication prior to fitting of non-standard door and frame. Work carried-out to instructions. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Facts are you were asked to leave after taking advice from other tradesman and building control that observed your work in detail, you broke your own building contract, you tried pulling a fast one trying to charge us twice with your supplier for the staircase, which doesn’t meet building regs as the roof is not to drawing - I can go on, but to call yourself a trustworthy builder that for sure is incorrect and the tradespeople who are finishing this job are testament to that.

James was very helpful from the start and was able to source the materials to do the job for us. When he came to do the work he got on with it in a quiet and meticulous way and no request was too much for him. He was flexible and adaptable to changes in request. Thanks James.
