In total 4 ridge tiles were broken, old tiles kept to show us the fault. New tiles in place and look very good. Extra work requested on the conservatory to fix leaks, still waiting to see if this has worked, but feel confident. A very good job done in the required time.

Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.

John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.

Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. I had a few quotes done for the job of converting my workshop into a well-insulated and usable room and although Aeron's actually wasn't the cheapest he was very honest and told me that some of the work I'd requested wasn't actually necessary so he actually saved me money. I have to say with all sincerity that Aeron (and Dave) are by far the best tradesmen I have ever hired. Cliff, he was efficient, reliable, well priced and an excellent tradesman. We called him in to repair a chimney breast and fix our garage which was leaking. We were delighted with the work on the chimney, he is a fantastic render and plasterer. cliff is now renovating our bathroom, plus our neighbours are also putting him to work. An added bonus is he is a good communicator so he was able to work with our two very different personalities with different ideas, Cliff took it all in his stride.
