I’m Zack Woods, a self-employed carpenter with 6 years of experience in the construction industry. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside professional carpenters with over 40 years of expertise, learning and refining my skills through a variety of projects. I have completed a variety of projects from crafting small structures like chicken coops to building entire houses. I am not only experienced in carpentry but also skilled in landscaping and operating heavy machinery like diggers for foundation work. Recently, I completed a project building an outdoor garden office, managing every part of the job from start to finish. On this project I did the digger work for the foundations, building the timber frame, putting the roof on, insulation, plaster board and plastering, metal and wooden cladding, flooring, windows and door fitting to the finishing touches of making shelves and putting the TV on the wall. Also putting together and installing a Wood Burner. At 21 years old, I bring a strong work ethic, a passion for construction, and a love for creating quality work. Every member of the team involved in the bathroom installation - plumber, tiler, carpenter, electrician, floorer - was, from start to finish, professional, highly skilled, reliable, clean and friendly. The work took longer than I expected but I am delighted with the result: top quality at a competitive price. Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
