The good news - my previous review and perception has improved significantly. Literally a 180 turnaround. The bad news is Rated People doesn't allow me to remove the previous review, only update it. Therefore just to provide a brief update; Asa has since joined the team and wow what a difference he has made. Very customer centric, communicates very well and really reasonable all round. The guys reattended to resolve the issues and since then no more leaks.

In 45 years, I've never told a customer their roof needed to be renewed if it doesn't - and the built up felt roofs we have worked on have well outlived their promised lifespan of 30 years. No one has ever put an 'UN ' in front of the RELIABLE ROOFING name. Richard Crow (FIoR) Back in 2009, there was no rain at all between February to June, which meant that little roofing work was required. Rather than see our vans lying idle, we thought we'd put them to work in the 'man and a van' business. As we had three strong men to do the work, we laughingly called ourselves MUSCLE AND MOTOR - and the name has stuck! Since then, MUSCLE AND MOTOR has become skilled and very popular for all kinds of light haulage, removals including house, garage and garden clearance, moving furniture from Bedfordshire to Land's End or John O'Groats, or from upstairs to downstairs!. We build flat-pack furniture, re-locate offices, and even moved an aspidistra to Aberystwyth!
