Unfortunately Val has let me down, spent the day ripping up previous flooring, furniture outside under the gazebo, texted him to confirm all ready at 17h45 that night, his reply was that he was now abroad on a family emergency. In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

The initial estimate for replacing two roofing tiles was £150. However, upon inspection, additional necessary work was identified. Instead of providing a revised quote, the contractor proceeded with the extra tasks and invoiced me for £1950. To exacerbate the situation, the quality of the work left much to be desired. The newly installed tiles were of a completely different color, and the sealing standard near the ridge was notably unprofessional.

Took a chance on using a company with no rating and now paying the price! Gutter repair work carried out and less then 24 hours later the same damage and same faults reappeared. Invoice came with a '7 year guarantee’ contacted them to return and repair their own repair work and although an appointment was made they never turned up and are now not responding to calls, texts or messages
