Prestige (David) was keen to visit, assess the job, measure the window, and even give me a price for future fence work. The red flags were that he would ignore my texts asking for more exact info, I got a random call, and one other unannounced visit to agree the work would be done ‘at the end of next week’. They said the work would be £14000, if we paid cash it would be £9500 we paid in cash, they did not give us any paperwork to show what work was to be done, notator show we paid them, they said we had a 4 year warranty, They did not finish the work, on the part of the roof they replaced we still have a leak, we have no contact with them.

He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????
