Having used this company in the past I hoped our interactions during a request for a quote would be equally cordial. Unfortunately however after me disapproving of a rather high quote for which I attempted to get full clarification on what would be provided, I was met with irate anger and accusations. I can only assume I may have been mistaken for another client they may have dealt with in the past. Not a great way to deal with previous customers.

Sebastien and his colleague came and definitely delivered! They cleared my garden from all the weed, overgrown grass and thornbushes so well I forgot how big my garden was. George invited me to chat with him to arrange a quote. During the chat George initially quoted an unreasonably high price, yet had eventually haggled out an acceptable price. However, once I asked him when he could do the job, George stopped chatting. George has not responded to my email to him either.
