Darren recently helped fix a damp issue in our garden office, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He quickly identified the problem, sourced the materials, and got everything sorted in no time. On top of that, he took care of a few other touch-ups around the house, showing great attention to detail. He’s a really nice chap,easy to talk to, professional, and genuinely helpful. I am convinced that the damp issue is resolved, but with an 18-year warranty, I have great peace of mind. Hihghly recommend

He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing. Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.

Damaged the dress table by using electrical screwing machine instructions clearly advise NOT to use an electrical screwdriver. The doors are not level and drawers not closing properly. Blamed the manufacturer but this is high end table from a respected manufacturer.. poor quality service.
