Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I've been working in installing, designing and selling bathrooms for 8 years, whilst working with my father who has been tiling and bathroom fitting for over 40 years. Together we decided to launch this venture to project manage everything that goes into a new bathroom, whilst working with a fitting company called Total Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd. Our aim is to manage the project from inception, through consultation with design, then onto purchase and scheduling of works. We'll also liaise with the retailers and installation teams until completion, whilst also being available for any after service matters that may arise.
