Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Also, I fit laminate flooring, skirtings, architraves and timber stud work. I am always punctual and reliable, and clean and tidy in my work. I am also happy to assist in planning and designing projects.
The job was priced fairly and the work was completed in a good timeframe. Good communication, polite and delivered a first class job whilst leaving everything tidy. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Very misleading. I was told if a part was required I would not be charged for the time to go & get it. What I didn't anticipate was being asked to order the part online. I was told that I would incur another 1 hour charge to come back & fix it. The charge is £62.50 per half hour, minimum 1 hour. Having already paid the hourly charge I declined as total cost would have been £250 ex vat. plumber was at my house for 20 minutes, charged £125 ex vat, toilet not fixed. Rip off

Lps offers services from plumbing a washing machine to New extensions. All our team are fully qualified and we pride ourselves on the customer service and quality delivered.
Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
