Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too. Carried out the work on time, in budget and kept us updated on progress and asked for input in real time where needed - always with his own excellent recommendation. Came back to finish off areas which had to pause because of dependencies on other trades. No hesitation in recommending him - have used him again and will continue to do so.
