Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. 20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
I would highly recommend Dan. My kitchen sink was blocked and it turned out not to be a simple blockage. He had to get to the pipework under my bath (not easy because of wooden panelling) and lower the pipe as it was bowed and drill through the wall and reconnect the outside pipe. He worked hard, was very personable and, as I say, I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. Thanks Dan.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening….
