Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I have over 15yrs experience in the painting and decorating trade and I had my own business in Brighton and Hove. I now live in Dorset and have had my business DP Handy Neighbour for 3 yrs. I specialise in painting and decorating, all internal and external jobs, but I also have skills with tiling, carpentary, flooring and i have recently completed a course and am fully trained in the fitting of Geberit wash and dry toilets. I have certificates in Health and safety, NVQ level 1 and have NVQ level 2 in painting and decorating. I absolutely love what i do and there is no job too big or too small. Lps offers services from plumbing a washing machine to New extensions. All our team are fully qualified and we pride ourselves on the customer service and quality delivered.
Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
Nick was very helpful when discussing through the options and did the job exctly as described. I'd have no problem recommending Triple CCC Carpentry.
Outstanding - it's as simple as that. Honest, diligent and real craftsmen who take the time to explain everything beforehand to ensure you get exactly what you want. Very competitively priced, they proved willing to go the extra mile and have true pride in their work. Reliable and very personable, they work hard to ensure a minimum of disruption and dirt/dust is carried through during the work. I would not hesitate in having the team back to do other work - I know it will be done right first time and honestly. Can't recommend highly enough.
