I have certificates in Health and safety, NVQ level 1 and have NVQ level 2 in painting and decorating. I absolutely love what i do and there is no job too big or too small. All my quotes are free, I never take deposits up front unless large amounts of materials are to be purchased prior to a job starting and I will always make sure my customers are happy with my work before I leave and take final payment. Advertised for a plumer and only got a handyman who can't complete the plumbing. I now have to pay for another plumber to complete the job. This is misrepresentation.

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
