Very misleading. I was told if a part was required I would not be charged for the time to go & get it. What I didn't anticipate was being asked to order the part online. I was told that I would incur another 1 hour charge to come back & fix it. The charge is £62.50 per half hour, minimum 1 hour. Having already paid the hourly charge I declined as total cost would have been £250 ex vat. plumber was at my house for 20 minutes, charged £125 ex vat, toilet not fixed. Rip off

I am extremely happy with the work Carl carried out over the two days. It was only supposed to take a couple of hours but Carl found additional issues. Although it meant being without the use of the toilet over the weekend, Carl was back on Tuesday morning to finish the job. Wayne and his son arrived promptly and worked quickly and cleanly. They did my job as well as my neighbours and also undertook an unexpected job from my other neighbour, who were all left very happy. I would use this firm again and I would recommend them to friends. Having previously attempted and failed to get other work done by 'local tradesmen', I would not hesitate to call these chaps back.
