Quotes got changed regularly as boiler was not inspected properly to begin with that led to multiple visits and the original quote being wildly out. They tried to charge me for the initial 5 min look before the quote was provided.

Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Luke from Drainzone was great. Very informative. Told me how much the work was going to cost before he started. Explained what he had to do and approximately how long it would take. When I agreed he then put himself on the clock and worked tirelessly. The blockage in the toilet was huge and had been building up for a long time. However he cleared it and put everything back. No damage to my bathroom flooring, which I was very concerned about. So great job. Would definitely recommend.
