Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The engineer came to replace 2 thermostats and unwired the whole underfloor heating system. After his visit, I was left with no heating in the house. The company did not accept my complaint, did not send anyone to solve the problem and refused to refund the money I paid for this job. They quoted 670£ for replacing the motherboard to solve the problem, which is 3 times higher than the other quotes I got for the same job. Best to avoid this company!
