Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.
I booked an appointment for a boiler service but he did not turn up. I phoned him,texted him and rang his home address but no response. He is a young guy with not much experience.See other feedback re non appearance
these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

No complaints. Sorted a problem out that building control had condemned and 4 other plumbers wouldn't touch. Turned up on time. Priced fairly and work carried out to a fantastic standard. Regularisation certificate received. :)
No notes were taken on the initial visit and so a loose tile was left down which meant i had to rip the other tiles up before they set. The sealant around the bath and shower was a joke, they put clear sealant over grey that had been cut and so you could see the mess of grey beneath. To top it off the leak that was aparently fixed is now leaking again. Amateurs!

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
