Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. 2 storey extension ok initially organising others to come in and do work, had contract & payment plan from outset but as work went on communication became worse sometimes didn't turn up, no replies to messages etc ..no eye for detail in finishes had to get others to finish or put right his work.

Came to the house measured up viewed the job never heard from him again ....POOR ...not even the common courtesy to say he didn't want the job.
This tradesman was supposed to come back to me with some ideas on how to put a bathroom suite in without damaging any of my tiles. It's been a few months now haven't heard anything. Polite person. But will not be using him again.

Came out to quite rapidly and price seemed decent. So many reasons not to make agreed time to do work across a month, until I finally gave in trying to get him to do the work. Me chasing night before to be told wouldn’t be there next day, as opposed to him letting me know.
