Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Completed resurfacing outside our business premises in December. The work was carried out promptly. BUT after a few months the surface started breaking down. A call was made. The contractor came, looked and said sorry but the work was for domestic purpose not business. It is blatantly obvious that this is a side road and as such will be used more than in a domestic situation. I have not seen him since. I would not have any work done by this company again.

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.
Came promptly on a sunny Sunday and fixed the problem. Gave advice on possible further work. Polite and genuine.

2 storey extension ok initially organising others to come in and do work, had contract & payment plan from outset but as work went on communication became worse sometimes didn't turn up, no replies to messages etc ..no eye for detail in finishes had to get others to finish or put right his work.
