Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Radiators moved under the window. They used plastic cables instead of copper pipes and those cables are hanging under the radiators and are placed up on the wall instead of being above the skirting boards. Boiler apparently serviced but they didn't look inside the boiler and they didn't give me the boiler service form, only some printouts from outside mains, saying that that's my boiler service. Absolutely rubbish. I've been taken ripped off and now I have to pay again someone else to put things right.

Owen has been landscaping our back garden, levelling off a large area of garden, building stone walls and steps and a new patio area and garden path. We would strongly recommend him. At M&A we use our own 3D CAD system in order to design any new kitchens we are to supply and install, we can include these in to Architecht plans to give you a visual of the room once completed. All our kitchens are high standard and all our doors we use are FIRA gold approved, we mainly use painted doors but if you want a more of a budget door we can use the vinyl wrap doors. About myself: I have been in the Joinery and building industry for 20 years with a huge vast experience in all trades and I know what to expect from various tradesmen from a finishing point. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
